All standard orders will be shipped within 3 business days and delivery is expected to take 2-5 business days. Delivery services are experiencing delays across the network, and we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by our courier partners.

We offer complimentary domestic shipping within Singapore for orders SGD60 and above, and complimentary next day delivery within Singapore for orders SGD200 and above. Shipping fees will be deducted automatically from your cart upon reaching the minimum required amount. Please note that free deliveries entitlement are based on the final amount payable i.e. after deduction of vouchers and discounts.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost packages where the order status has been registered as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact us immediately by using the contact form or writing in to support@eartha.world and we will begin an investigation with our courier partner to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left during contactless delivery.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases.

In the unfortunate event that the items are damaged during transit, please contact us at support@eartha.world with proof of damage. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours.
